License grant
Subject to payment of the applicable fee, Cezary Wysocki ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Refreal source code on servers you own or control, for the purpose of running your own affiliate tracking program — either for a single business, or for [state how many businesses/domains one license covers].
What's allowed and what isn't
Ownership
Refreal remains the intellectual property of Cezary Wysocki. This license grants a right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the code, trademarks, or branding to the Licensee.
Third-party components
Refreal bundles a compiled build of Tailwind CSS, licensed under the MIT License. Google Fonts (Newsreader, IBM Plex Mono) are loaded from Google's own CDN at runtime rather than bundled, and are covered by the SIL Open Font License. Beyond these, Refreal is built on vanilla PHP and SQLite with no other third-party libraries.
No warranty
Refreal is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for testing it in your own environment before relying on it in production.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms — e.g. redistributing the source code. On termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the software, though data already collected by an installation you ran (clicks, affiliates, conversions) remains yours.
